Glitch in Star Seller Stats?

My current shipping rating according to the Star Seller Stats is at 91%, saying that 3 orders were not marked with tracking. I went back and checked to see if I missed aything because OF COURSE I always use Etsy Labels which automatically generate tracking. ALL of my orders have tracking shown so I'd like to know how this is possible??

I realize I will not receive a response from Etsy, nor will they admit fault in this scenario, but I wanted to post about it just in case someone else has the same problem.

This whole Star Seller thing has done nothing but create confusion and anxiety since its inception. My two cents.

Thanks again. I do realize that, but it has never shown something like this before, which made me think it was a glitch. No matter, it has been resolved now, showing 100% as it should.

Hello there,

Please know that the may take about 24 hours for the data of your Star Seller to be updated. As long as you shipped the order on or before the stated ship-by-date and provide a valid tracking number(if required), the order will count positively towards the On-time Shipping metric.

I had that happen. It had tracking, showed tracking on the order to delivery but on the CVS that line was a bunch of jumbled data then said no tracking. They never did fix it. I gave up trying to contact them about it.

Lovely. Mine just has hashtags where the dates of the supposed orders w/o tracking should be. That's why I feel like there's a bug somewhere in the system. I don't know why I'm even bothering, "Star Seller" status doesn't seem to make a d*mn bit of difference in sales anyway. Sigh...

I gave up after 2 emails went unanswered for weeks each. Maybe you would have better luck. I was still able to stay above 95% as it was just one order and eventually it fell off. Yes it was hashtags and other garbage signs.

You need to expand the columns with hash tags to see the data inside.  In the Header line, place your cursor on the line between that column and the one to the right of it, hold down the mouse button and drag right to expand the column.  Then you will see the data behind the hash tags.

@BootifulLabels Thank you for the suggestion. I tried to do as you specified, but the boxes weren't giving me any further info. BUT I accidentally just hovered the mouse over the hashtag boxes and it gave me the shipped dates--which were yesterday--so now I REALLY know there's something fishy going on. The system hasn't updated the info or something??

Not 24 hrs. I had a buyer change a review from 5 to 2 stars 3 days later for an unknown reason, it factored into my Star Seller rating in less than 3 hrs. From 100% to 94% just. like. that.
