My shop has been in Vacation Mode since September 21st because I added incorrect Tax ID info twice. I've been waiting for a response from Etsy support but haven’t heard back. This is really affecting my business, especially with the busy season coming up.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
