I'm getting a bit desperate now! My shop has been in forced Vacation Mode since 14th January (so almost 2 months!!) with no emails, banners or any explanation from Etsy. I've checked everything that it could possibly be and have no clue as to why. I opened a ticket a month ago which has been ignored (though it has been viewed) and submitted an appeal a few days ago which has been viewed twice but with no reply yet.
This is my small business so to be closed for this long is really detrimental. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me reinstate my shop! I don't know what else to do after this.
Thank you.

You cannot sell Disney or Muppet stuff. IP infringement and counterfeit items in your shop. This is breaking Etsy rules and TM laws. It is always best to read the rules here first before loading your shop with items that are prohibited. My own opinion is you may get your shop closed for good. I would not count on your shop coming off of vacation mode.
@StonesAndLeatherUS is correct. Unfortunately, all of your items are counterfeits and they are illegal to sell. Your bespoke ears are a cute idea, but the product violates Disney's trademark on the world famous mouse ear shape. Unless you have licensing, of course, which isn't apparent right now.
I can't believe how many shops think it is okay to make money off of Disney!
This is the same stealing, and it hurts the sales of THEIR products.
I hope that one day they do a complete sweep and clean this place up a little.
Disney does do periodic sweeps here.
Etsy is pre-emptively cracking down on shops they deem problematic. It's 100% obvious to us why you are in this predicament. The original vacation-mode may have been for something else, but etsy most likely deems your shop too risky at this point.
