On 27th January, my shop was automatically held on vacation mode by Etsy without any prior warning, for ID verification purpose, so I uploaded the required document as soon as I woke up, but it's been over 2 days and I haven't yet got my shop off vacation mode.
Tried contacting Etsy support twice but it was ignored no response nothing from their end..
Buyers are unable to place order and is actually very disappointing for me as a seller.

Re: Shop held on Forced vacation mode by etsy
It says that it takes 2 to 5 days for them to make sure its right. There are millions of sellers on Etsy. give them some time.
I also got shut down a few days to update. We all have to do it.
