Etsy postage labels

Anybody else having problems purchasing etsy postage this morning?  I am in the UK and managed to purchase a few this morning but now its not letting me progress onto buy postage page.

@TremoughGlass  - There have been a number of threads the past couple of days about issues with printing labels.

I hesitated to say you are being affected by this glitch since you're in the UK & I'm not sure what is happening regarding the strike & buying Etsy labels.

But since you were able to initially purchase labels and now you can't it wouldn't be a surprise if the glitch is the reason.

Its been going on for 2+ days now.    Try refreshing the page or use Pirate Ship for your postage

The OP is in the UK so they don't have Pirate Ship. 

I don't know if they're using tracking or using Etsy's labels to qualify for Star Seller for domestic orders.

I live in the US and I'm having trouble with purchasing postage for my shipment. It just sits there!

I'm in the US and just tried. Nope. I just sit there clicking the button, won't redirect me to the label page.

I had problems with Click & Drop on Wednesday evening - I don't know if it's related. Was trying to pay with PayPal but the transaction kept failing. Eventually it worked on Thursday morning.

We've been having a good deal of trouble with labels for the last few days but today it's looking hopeless.  The post office is closing soon and we cannot do labels using Chrome, Firefox or Edge.  We have a ton of "ship today" packages going out, some are probably Valentine's Day gift, and we are going to be stuck with unhappy customers and take a big hit towards the "star seller" BS that Etsy pushes so hard.

Go to Pirate Ship, they don't charge a monthly fee, you can have them integrate with Etsy and their rates are about the same as Etsy and  their customer service is great.

Everyone I am trying to post a label and I realised I don’t have any documents under legal documents and it is taking forever for Etsy to verify it when it should take only a few minutes and it says I have to wait 2-5 days to verify when I don’t have 2-5 days and Etsy did all this right at the time when I got my first order and towards my first customer can anyone help me out here

when I try to purchase the shipping label, it says "Currently unable to purchase shipping label for this address" - not sure what that means? It won't let me edit the address. I've checked with our postal service and there are no restrictions for shipping to Saudi Arabia. I have been able to purchase all other shipping labels for other orders.

Oh dear, I am having problems printing labels as well. I guess it's best to buy labels at post office, until this issue is fixed. I thought I was going crazy.

@JemsJewelsGB: You might want to start a new thread about your issue. Based on other threads in this forum, it appears that Etsy often does not do all of the required verifications until after a shop's first sale.

Hi, I can't purchase Etsy labels this morning first time it's happened to me, I will just post throught the post office instead, must be a technical glitch. a bit inconvenient but I'm sure it will be sorted out soon
