Shop dashbord was not loading/Opening.

I have been trying to open my shop dashboard but its not loading. I guess many people are facing problems other pages are operating like my listing and sho are still active and available on etsy but on browsers we are not able to open the sho dashboard. Even on the app its working properly.

Yes, your right if we go through the Message section then it was opening the Dashboard. 

Just go to etsy.com directly by typing the URL and clicking on the profile image and you will find the message section after clicking on it the dashboard opens.

Unfortunately if you don’t stay logged in you can’t get anywhere. I’m on my tablet now and am t getting full list of listings. Only showing about 25%. So can’t do anything at the moment.

Mine is not working either. I had already started a chat because on the social media posting my access to post from Facebook suddenly disappeared although it is authorized. I got disconnected and received a message to try a different browser and clear cache and cookies. I had already done that and it wouldn't let me post to facebook from either browser using social media posting. Then suddenly my dashboard quit working. Now I have to log in and find one of my listings and click to edit that listing and then I can access other links in the sidebar but the dashboard is still not working. Wonder what Etsy is doing now and why in heck they couldn't wait until after the holiday!

There's a team working to fix the issue that's causing Shop Manager to not load for a portion of Sellers. Once the fix is live, I'll update this thread.

Wouldn't it be absolutely awesome if they would tell us what is causing the issue? (LOL) Or an idea of how long it will take to fix.

The Fix is lIve guys the Etsy team has loved the issue. You will be able to log in TO the dashboard now.

Mine was down too but just came back up.
