Shop banner on mobile device is different than desktop

Why would my shop banner be different on my mobile device? I have had the same shop banner for 3 years and I just noticed that my shop banner for my mobile device is now different. It is a banner that I once used maybe 5 years ago. Does anyone know how I could fix this or is it a Etsy glitch?

Using my desktop I don't see any banner.

I removed the desktop banner in hopes that it would remove the banner on the mobile view but it didn't work. There is still a banner when you look at my shop on the mobile device and yes there's no banner on desktop. It's weird, I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

Your banner is gone from both views ... computer view & app view.  If you are still seeing it, you can try clearing both your app & browser cache, and also ensure you are running the most up to date versions of each.

I’m using my mobile device now and I see no banner

I am having the same issue on my ETSY App using Chrome and android, my laptop is fine. It's showing an old banner from many years ago as well as incorrect information about my shop. The incorrect information says that I have "8 repeat customers" when over the past thirteen years I've likely had over 1,000 repeat customers. When I look at other shops it's showing old banners and information at all other shops I look at, not just mine. I also see a banner on your shop Dawn with three photos, is this the old one? I'm getting ready to try to get in touch with ETSY  support. Noticed this a few days ago.
