So, my listings used to show up fine on searches until I had to go on holiday for mental health treatment. Now, my shop and listings won't show up even when I search for my shop name and listing names. I believe this has been going on since I reopened my shop, though I'm not sure as I only just found out from a friend today that my shop wouldn't show up and went to investigate. I've contacted Etsy support but have yet to get a response. I've had this shop active for a little over a year now, adding new listings as consistently as my mental health would allow, so I have a feeling it has something to do with the fact that I was on holiday mode so long. My shop is my only source of income right now, as getting a job is out of the question for me, so any help is appreciated!
