It just means it is "read", and may play a part in matching your shop with buyers searching for whatever they are searching for. I believe shop sections also figure into that.
So you want your shop title to say what you are selling -
Instead of "Happy hands making pretty stuff" you would want "Handmade Gemstone jewelry"
