I am trying to save a listing as a draft but I keep getting an error that reads "Must be at least 1 characters". Nothing that requires input is missing text. Not sure why this is happening.

Nah that's not it. There's a bug with variations at the moment. I had to delete my variations complete and remake them.
Check all text fields (including in variations) for a space at the start
