Shop Suspended

Etsy suspended my account for "security" reasons, I have finally heard back from support after over 24 hours and I got access to my buyers account. My shop manager icon is gone and I finally got into it through a link in the etsy help page. All of my listings are GONE. I had around 120 active listings and now they are all just gone. I have over 800 sales and I am confused as to why it is so difficult to get support to reply. My funds are frozen and I have several orders that need to be completed and sent out. I am waiting for a response from support regarding it but I am at my wits end with it. Any tips on how to get listings back? As far as I am aware, my account was only suspended for "suspicious activity" and I got no information regarding anything else with it.

after mine was suspended for the same reason, they thought there was suspicious activity - there was, I had fixed it,

after I fixed it, they came to the party late, and it took me two weeks to get it back, at one time, they even  did a real number on it, and I had "Uh-Oh a stich has gone awry" iso it went poof.

Just keep replying to the same ticket, if you can get to it

Okay thank you. I have been spamming their inbox trying to keep it fresh on the list of request I'm sure they get. I just feel deflated with the lack of support I guess.
