I’m posting here hoping to find advice or hear from others who might have experienced something similar.
My shop has been stuck in review for nearly a year now. When I first signed up and submitted everything, I was informed that reviews normally take 24–72 hours. However, until now, I have received no updates, no email requests, and no resolution.
I’ve double-checked my account:
All information is correct (ID, bank info, tax info)
My listings follow Etsy’s guidelines (digital handmade goods)
I’ve also checked my email inbox and spam folder—no messages from Etsy
I’ve contacted Etsy support several times, but all I got were automated responses or vague replies that didn’t resolve the issue.
It’s been really discouraging, especially as I’ve put a lot of work into setting up my store and products.
If anyone here has dealt with this kind of long review delay—or has suggestions on what else I can do—I’d really appreciate your insight.

Not sure what you mean as your shop has been active for 1 year, and you've had 25 sales. What "review" are you referring to?
Your shop is open and items can be purchased. Are you saying you are on payment reserve? Or are the funds in your account and have not been dispersed to you?
Did you verify your bank by submitting the small deposit Etsy makes? Did they request a bank statement from you?
When you receive a response, did you fully read it? At the end they say if you need more help to respond back to the email with the request for more help. That's the way it works on Etsy.
