Hi everyone,
I opened a new shop called LucePress (lucepress.etsy.com) and submitted my ID for verification shortly after signing up. It’s now been 13 days, and my shop is still in Vacation Mode with the message saying Etsy is reviewing my info. I’ve already paid the sign-up and listing fees, and I haven’t received any emails requesting additional documents or information.
I understand verification normally takes up to 48 hours, so I’m a bit concerned that something might be stuck or overlooked. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay lately? Any advice on how to get a quicker response or move things forward?
I’d really appreciate any help or insights. Thanks in advance!

Verification is automated and in most cases will take place instantly by cross checking your ID with credit agencies. When it can not be done automatically, then the verification has do be done by a human.
The 48hrs message is also automated, there are millions of sellers on Etsy and if a human has to verify manually, this could take time. In some cases weeks or months.
Make sure that all your information matches, your location, name, bank account everything has to match exactly. If you received an email from Etsy, you can try replying with "Still need help", eventually someone will reply.
If you have no email from Etsy, contact them via the help section in your dashboard.
