Shop Stats not updating.

Same as earlier in week again, my stats last updated 8 hours ago, anyone else or just me? Am in the UK.

My shop Views are updating normally, but the Stats page has not updated since 15 hours ago. I don't know if it's a glitch or not. Selling from Canada by the way.

15 hours now, in the UK. The stats are so crap compared to last year anyway – maybe they don't want anyone to know that no one is using their website anymore.

I wouldn't care that much if it was just a stats glitch, but it seems that sales basically stop whenever this happens.

same here there is a baner telling me that there is a technical issue.

Besides the shop stats not working, and an occasional banner saying "looks like we cannot update your stats" all the links to Etsy Support have also been disabled, no e-mail, no chat, no phone either! All gone. Whenever something went wrong, Etsy tends to disable all contact links, it's all a big secret! Sellers have the right to know what is happening, considering we all pay a reasonably high fee for being on Etsy, but the promised services are not being supplied. Is Etsy going to do something about it to compensate the Sellers???

Its kind of back for me too, yet dashboard showing 49 views and in stats showing 23... something still not adding up...
