Shop Stats Not Updating

The Shop Stats on my Etsy page do not match the stats reported in the Weekly Listing Performance emails I'm receiving from Etsy. The most recent email reports I had 2x more views than my Shop Stats trends show. I also noticed this when I published a new listing in April; the email reported a significant number of views while my Shop Stats showed barely any traffic. I believe this has been going on for about 2 months...

I have learned over the 15 years I have been on this site, not to  trust or depend on any stats Etsy provides.  I wish I could be helpful here, but that is my bottom line and sage observation.

Since the only time daily stats could possibly be accurate are at the time of a stats update a couple of times a day and since we don't know when Etsy gathers the stats for the email chances of the numbers agreeing are extremely small.

Thanks for your feedback, everyone. I am looking for technical support to step in here, since I can't find another way to contact Etsy. 

I'm a growing shop. My traffic is small. Looking at trends over the course of a week, I don't expect the numbers to match, but they shouldn't be off by 50%. I'm only sharing this as evidence to support my claim that my stats are not updating.

Same for me! Been on Etsy for 5 years, had a good amount views daily with around 35k sales now. Since the beginning of May it dropped by 30-40%
