I somehow lost the "Bulk Price Adjustment amount box" in Chrome

I've always used Google Chrome as my browser, but recently I lost the "Price Adjustment Box" in the bulk Edit section.

I only get one dropdown box (Increase by amount, Decrease by amount, ect) but no second box to enter price.

I tried using Microsoft Edge browser and it works fine there.

What do I do to get Chrome working again?

I reset my Chrome browser back to default settings and its working again !!

I posted about this yesterday -- I'm on Firefox and Safari and have the same issues.
