Hello @DnDDesiigns,

 

We double-checked your Star Seller, and it appears that the problem is in your Message Response Rate. Please know that your response rate shows the percentage of initial messages that you reply to within 24 hours in your current 3-month evaluation period—just the first message, not ongoing conversations. Your response rate is refreshed daily.

 

This includes when another Seller reaches out to you. Any initial message counts towards your response rate. Your response rate does not include messages marked as spam. Marking a message unread doesn’t count that message as “new” again (and doesn’t restart the clock).
 

To get a closer breakdown of your messages counted towards your Star Seller, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager > dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > select the Message response rate tile > select the Export link called "Download Message History"

How are they incorrect? I see you do not have your message badge are they incorrect?

It might help if you have your licences from hello kitty, scooby doo etc showing in your banner or description. That way buyers can feel comfortable knowing you have the rights to sell all the products in your store using trademarked images.
