Shop Search Button Not Working (Again !) Does my shop require indexing again ?

I think my shop requires Indexing.

I wondered why my stats and sales were down and having tried my search button I have established it is not working working.

This is the second time in under 2mths. Why does this keep happening as my sales and stats are right down. 

I have tried to contact Etsy direct but cant find how to do it and have forgotten how I did it last time after some kind forum member sent me a link.

I have sent an email in the help section but it says it cantake up to 2 days for a reply. Last tme I used this method it took 3 days and they stated the problem was fixed, but it was'nt. 

Has anyone got a good link for me to contact Etsy with my problem. I thank you in anticipation.

Your shop is not indexed.  You need to send a message to Etsy and in the header say shop needs to be indexed.  It is also possible that Etsy is reviewing your shop. 

Use Contact us under Community in the shop manager.  Look for 'I still need help'
