Issue with Finances

Hello,

I wanted to reach out and see if any one else is having issues in the finance of the desktop; website as I have gotten a few sales but they're not appearing on the desktop website but the sales show on the mobile app.

There have been other posts about delays in orders posting, in the last few days. But they always post eventually.

yes i am missing payments from todays orders.

i spoke with live chat and they said the tech team is working on it.

which means... nothing to me because i cannot ship until i get paid.

it would have been nice to see an announcement about this.

it would have saved me 19 minutes with live chat.

I'm not sure if this is related.

I purchased a shipping label, and it doesn't show in my payment account- the amount for the label was not deducted.

The label printed out with no issues, but I want to make sure things are okay before attaching the label to the package.

The fee for the shipping label was just deducted- it took about 30 minutes or so to be deducted.
