One of my customers left me a one star review but had positive comments.  I reached out to her to see if there was a problem with her purchase and she said she tried to add more stars and it wouldn't let her.  She even expressed interest in buying another of the same item from me.

Is there any way she can update the review or can Etsy can help me.  Can't find anywhere to contact Etsy.  I just became a Star Seller for the first time this month and hate to loose that status because of a glitch in the system.

Tell first to make sure she has the newest version of the Etsy app.

I don't think she can change it, since you already responded to the review.

Had you not replied (no reply was needed) then the buyer would have had the option to edit it.  Oh well, you live and learn, at least the review itself was lovely!

You answered her review so it can no longer be changed. A warning should have flashed before you answered. The problem may have started with her app but now the way the system works you are stuck with the one star.

I would still try to see if Etsy would change it based on such unique circumstances. Take screenshots of the messages with the buyer to submit to Etsy. You never know, it's worth a try.

@AJsPlanet Etsy won't change a buyer review at the seller's request, no matter what they attach. The buyer would have to contact Etsy, and even then, I'm not sure Etsy would do anything in this situation.
