Shop Prices Showing As Different From Listed Prices. DON'T USE COPY FUNCTION

Just a warning to anyone else that uses COPY LISTING to create new listings.

I copied an old listing that had some keywords I wanted, to list a similar (but different) item.

On my Shop Manager page, the price shows as the new price I set.

But on my Shop page (that people buy from) the price is showing as the amount I was charging for the previous copied item.

To be clearer.

I sold a box for £18.

I used that listing to copy it to sell the same style of box, but the new one was bigger and more elaborate.

I changed the price to £48.

On my shop manager listing page, it shows as £48.

But when I look at my shop front page, it shows as being £18.

This has happened with the last 3 items I listed today.

I had to deactivate them and do brand new listings.

I've reported the bug.

I had the same thing happen to me. The price is showing correct in shop manager but not on the listing. I was able to resolve it by updating she price of the listing in the Etsy app. Not sure why that worked but it did.

Thanks for reporting it, not sure if it'll do any good as it has been going on since Friday and no one from admin has popped in to officially address it.

Also, you can't change any prices, not just the ones in copied listings.

Someone posted a workaround, it's in one of the many threads about this. ETA, see post at top.

Working on a desktop, another alternative workaround is to add a SKU in the Price & Inventory section of the new listing form.

I usually don't use this field, but it worked to reflect and save the new price (when using a copied listing).

Good luck!
