Shop/Listings Deactivated

Hello,
I'm really desperate! I apologize if this question has previously been asked and answered, but I need to find out how to get actual individualized help from Etsy. My shop was deactivated due to not submitting my taxpayer information, which I had no notificationw as required. I have submitted the information and Etsy acknowledged receiving it, still my shop remains deactivated. I have contacted Etsy support and recieved only automated responses that are completely not helpful.

Do not open new support tickets. Reply to the most recent automated response with "I still need help"

Take another look at all the info you provided here and make sure that EVERY TINY DETAIL matches the info that is on file with the IRS.

Like don't say Susie Smith here, when Susan J Smith is what you are known for with the IRS.

This includes your address and phone number. 

Once corrected, it takes about a day or two to get your shop back to normal.

If none of this helps, then you will need to contact them again.

Reply to the email Etsy sent you.  If you don't reply, they will close the issue and you will have to start again.
