I got this message on my dashboard a few weeks ago:
Your shop will stay in Holiday Mode while we review your info
This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.
What document do I need to upload? There is no other information, nothing in my email inbox or spam. Help!
I've also created a ticket about 20 days ago but still I have not received any response on it. Help!!!

There should be an email from Etsy about what you need to upload. Check spam box. Probably ID for one. Bank account verfication for another. Possibly tax information.
Did you receive a response from Etsy for one of the emails? If so reply back you still need help.
If you use anything other than Contact us under Help you were not contacting Etsy.
Your shop needs work. Location, about page and shop policies.
I've checked everything but there's no mail about this. I've also checked my spam but there's no mail about this. On dashboard I also don't see any button to upload any document.
