All of a sudden today my shop icon photo is all blurry and close up when it has been fine up until now (I changed the picture a few weeks ago) I tried Etsy chat but they were not any help, just said it looks fine to them. I had a friend check and it looks all strange and blurry to them also. It also shows up weird on the app. When I tried to just change the picture it comes out sideways every time although it never did that in the past. I am not techy and this is frustrating to try to fix! Anybody else having this problem?
