I was trying to download my Order Items CSV file for this month just now, but the file is completely empty when I open it.
I've tried on Firefox and Chrome, clearing cache, etc., and nothing seems to work. The other CSV file types (Orders, Payments) work fine, it's just Order Items that downloads as an empty file. This is especially weird given that I was successfully able to download working files over the past few days, with one just last night.
The data from the CSV file has been invaluable in keeping track of all the holiday orders I need to fulfill, so not having access to an updated version is a huge blow.

Update: Just tried to download December's data and it finally worked! Here's hoping there's no more hiccups like this in the foreseeable future.

Re: Shop Data - Order Items CSV File Blank
I am having the same issue. The Order Items CSV file is blank today, and it does not matter what time frame I choose to generate the report. It is very frustrating as I rely on this file daily to process my shipping orders and update my inventory. Doing this manually today will add hours to my workload that I do not have to spare.
Etsy needs to have a better system in place to report these technical issues so IT support can address them in a timely fashion.

Re: Shop Data - Order Items CSV File Blank
I can't emphasize how important it is to have this report fixed today. Etsy, please review, my guess this would take an engineer very little time to resolve this today.
Etsy Order Items CSV File not generating. If and when it generates, only 500 line items.

Re: Shop Data - Order Items CSV File Blank
I contacted support through the live chat on my dashboard, and this is being sent to the technical group in charge of this. They wrote that I should receive an email, but I linked this thread in my chat, so maybe we'll get an update here too. I'll post if I hear anything and Etsy doesn't respond here first.

Re: Shop Data - Order Items CSV File Blank
Does Etsy monitor these threads? If so please can someone confirm this is being looked at, all the webchat support did was send me a smiley face and say we are here to help 24/7 but wouldn't give me a phone number

Re: Shop Data - Order Items CSV File Blank
Hi Guys and Gels. The reason for the csv file showing blank is because some idiot at Etsy has changed the format of the SoldOrderItem file for no reason whatsover as far as I'm aware. For some reason they have enclosed some of the fields in quotes. ie "Beach Ball", and also re-named the Delivery fields to Shipping. What they do not understand is that although the data in its current csv format is totally useless to most Etsy sellers, some of us import the data into stock control system, so to simply decide to change the csv format is sheer madness, without any thought for us sellers out there that are importing and processing the sales data. And while I am on a rant, why is the item Category not included in the csv file ?. MESSAGE TO THE TECHNICAL GUYS AT ETSY.........I could teach a monkey to sort out this issue in about 2 minutes. Please DO SOMETHING, and once done LEAVE IT ALONE !.
