Shop Critique from a Technical Standpoint

Hi all,

It's been a few years but I've decided to start up my custom jewelry shop. There's a bunch of changes on Etsy  and I'm trying to make sure I check all the boxes.

I know I have one listing, but I want to make sure the listing hits all the marks before I create more.

So please any feedback would be helpful and also if it's pretty straightforward to order. Custom pieces with extra steps seem to have the customer scratching their head sometimes.

The necklace you have listed is common to many sellers, and just engraving on it, does not stand out in the millions of pieces of jewelry available on the internet.

I searched Etsy for similar listings (link below). If you don't make your product unique in some way, how are you going to make it visible?
