I am trying to buy from some of my regular shops I buy from, but the "Shop Coupon Code" slot is gone from my checkout screen on the Android app, Google Chrome, and Internet Browser. I tried reaching out to support, but they are trying to blame the individual shops for deactivating their Coupon code areas, and I know that is not possible because I am also a seller. It was working fine for me a few days ago, but now it isn't.
Anyone else having this issue? I really need to get some jewelry supplies purchased and am currently unable to do so because I can't apply the codes that the shops have given me for my bulk discounts. HELP!! Thanks in advance.

i just tested this in my shop and i *do* see the place for coupon codes to be added for my items.
could you give me one of the shops you're trying to buy from and i'll check if i can see their coupon code spot? (this should tell us if it's just something you are experiencing or if it's perhaps a problem with the shop)

Oh that's too bad! I'm not sure what would cause one shopper to not have the coupon option, but another shopper to see it, but I hope it's a bug that gets fixed quickly for you
I did notice that it's no longer an obvious blank open field for entering the code. Currently, it's found by clicking the gray words "Apply Coupon Code" which is located just below the "proceed to checkout" button. Not sure if that will help but I'm sharing, just in case.

I tried Chrome too! Darn! I don't have any spot to put in a coupon code at all.

@YarnNGems contact the shop owner and tell them what is happening. They may have gotten rid of the coupon code.
It is happening with all the shops in my cart. There is no longer even a slot to type in the coupon code.

Thank you, that doesn't really help my situation, but it is good to know it still works for buyers coming to my shop at least!
@YarnNGems , I'm seeing "Apply coupon code" but I think it's configured differently than before - I'm seeing it as a button below the "pay with paypal" [or whatever your payment choice] on the right side; I'm using a browser, not the app. Click the button to open a box to enter the code. I haven't used a coupon in a long time, but I don't remember it being that far down or on the right side in the past. Maybe that will help?
I don't have the coupon code slot at all, for 3 days now. I have tried on the app, mobile browser, and my computer too. And tech support is not answering the chat at all. At the bottom of the chat it says "an agent will be with you in 5-7 days" I am at a loss here.
There used to be 2 coupon spots. 1 on the left for shop coupons and 1 under the payment area for Etsy coupons. Lately there has only been the 1 under payment options which can be used for shop and Etsy coupons.
The shop coupon codes won't work in the Etsy coupon code slot for me
This issue is still ongoing for me.
