Stats Not Updating

It has been almost 14 hours that views and visits are not updating. Anyone experiencing the same?

Same problem here and I noticed that my item's don't come up in search for US buyers.

Does anyone else have this issue, I'm a UK shop.

More than 11 hours into our day in France & no views or visits - not even 1.

Never seen this before, presuming it must be a technical issue. Anyone else seeing this?

Yes, same here. Since I have removed the USA from my shipping profile Monday the 18th, views and sales are completely gone. I spent hours to add about the whole world manually to my shipping profile, but that has no result at all. It is a pity that Etsy, in all these years, did nothing to promote Etsy to the rest of the world. Here in Switzerland, they only know Etsy by word of mouth advertising

I'm in France too - I've attributed it to several factors...what is going on with the tariffs issue, the month of August often slow, and now people busy with back to school.

Most people I speak to here - French and English - haven't heard of Etsy...though I do live in rural France. I agree that Etsy could do more to further our visibility.

I have just contacted Etsy support about this, and it is thought to be a lag/delay on the stats coming through. Apparently it should not be impacting shop performance, however I must say after a high amount of sales on Monday and Tuesday, there have been no sales since around 13 hours ago when the stats were last updated. Very odd.

Generally when they have a stats issue we still get notifications of orders. No orders yet today. Could be accurate. I guess we will see whenever this issue is resolved.

Yes, my stats keep reverting to 0. I updated my titles and somthing reverted them all back to the original titles! I'm pissed!!

My views have plunged due to removing U.S., but I'm glad to know I'm not alone today with zero views.

I have zeros everywhere and then it showed I had two sales.  I talked with support and they said it's probably because of a refresh.  I'd like to know my numbers.  Crazy

Stats stuck at zero but still getting sales, it must be an Etsy glitch.

On the other hand, if you make a sale while your views and visits are down, your conversion rate will sky rocket, won't it ?
