Shipstation connection still down

This is day 2 of this problem.

I keep getting this error when I refresh shipstation to import new Etsy orders.

Why are you paying a fee to Ship Station in the first place?  Why not use Etsy labels which has no monthly fee?

Or even Pirate Ship which isn't as convenient as Etsy labels but is still (at this point) free to use?

Etsy labels wouldn't work for those of us who sell on 5-6 other platforms/marketplaces. Shipstation functions are far superior to Etsy labels.
