Shipstation Integration SNAFU

Has anyone else had any success in "disconnecting and reconnecting" the integration? Didn't work for me...assuming I'm doing it right.

I tried yesterday and again today for both Etsy and Ebay.  I followed the instructions given to me by Shipstation support. But when I click on the "Edit Marketplace Connection" I get "request failed with status code 404". Another day of entering all the shipping information into Shipstation manually.
