Shipping status not updated for tracked order

Hi there,

I have one order with correct tracking info where the delivery status is not updated, therefore I miss the criteria for Star Seller. The status is "sucessfully delivered" when checking directcy on the carrier site.

What can I do to prevent this to happen again?

Please fix this. Thank you!

Delivery status updating will not affect your stats for star seller, however, tracking does.

If the correct tracking was entered but the order remained in pre-transit, double check the details and download your stats from the star seller page.

If they are correct but the system did not register the tracking number, contact Etsy with the order number, tracking number and the link to the postal website confirming the parcel has been delivered. 

In addition, you would have to be selling on Etsy for at least 90 days from the 1st sale to qualify.

@Isar3D: The Star Seller metric for shipping does NOT consider if an item was delivered.

"... when checking directcy on the carrier site ..." What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.

"I miss the criteria for Star Seller." When was your first sale? Star Seller is calculated only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered.

"Please fix this." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
