I have another one saying that no tracking was provided on the package. Yet when I click on that order number it clearly shows the item shipped same day.
I also had this happen. I have two that are saying no tracking and when I looked at the completed order I can clearly see the tracking info on it.
This has happened to me as well.
Many of my orders that were shipped last week are marked as “no tracking”, even though the attached tracking numbers show that they were shipped on time and already received by the customer.
This has resulted in my shipping stats to fall to 90%, when they are indeed 100%.
I was able to have an online chat with support, and they’re supposedly going to look into it and get back to me.
Where do you go to start the chat? Everything I read said to start a thread here for technical issues with star seller
I don't know I contacted Etsy for help. Even though they tried it didn't help. They were able to confirm that they do have tracking. That the tracking does work. So hopefully they can get this resolved fro us.
They really do not make it easy for sellers to contact etsy for support. It’s super easy for buyers, but super difficult for sellers. Seems a little one-sided considering etsy depends on sellers to keep their site running
