I had a customer reach out to ask why I’m charging so much for shipping only to realize that it’s under the wrong shipping profile. I don’t recall ever changing it to this one either.
I went to edit my listing & selected the correct profile, published the listing, but it’s still says it’s under my priority shipping profile and hasn’t changed over. I deactivated my listing, payed 0.20¢ in hopes that would fix it, but it didn’t.
Now I’m out 0.20¢ & I may have lost a potential customer…Please help!!
@SweetPandaFish: Based on the many posts in this forum, it appears that Etsy may have increased the amount of time that things are cached server side which results in what the user sees being out of date.
Update:
It took an hour & I didn’t contact actual support in hopes it would somehow fix itself…? but it looks like my listing finally updated. Never encountered this before…Super weird…but glad it’s workin now!
Yes, it unfortunately can take time to update things like that.
