Hi, I woke up this morning to find my shipping percentage has gone from 96% to 92%. I hadn't shipped anything for a few days, so this was odd.
I spoke to the customer service live chat, and she gave me 3 order numbers that were late. However when I checked these orders, they were all shipped on time- one even was shipped on the same day the customer ordered.
Now, despite being so close to finally getting star seller, Etsy's apparent error has taken that away from me and I'm so upset. I'm hoping someone can fix this for me.
@StitchedbySophieAUS: Unfortunately, based on other posts in this forum the information that support provides may be inaccurate. You need to check the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service (Star Seller) page to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
Ahhh.. it could be something to do with my time zone then. I'm in Perth, Australia... I wonder if that's got anything to do with it.
Thanks, I'll check that out.
Still doesn't explain the same day ship that they told me was late though!
you need to mark them as shipped on time, and add the tracking number at the same time
and make sure the shipper is the right one, and hasn't changed.
.... changing anything, tracking number, shipper etc, after the ship date, marks it as late
Yeah I definitely do that. I offer a free, untracked postage within Australia... I wonder if that's hurting me?!
check the csv, see if it says it was late, or missing tracking
