Shipping options on orders

I created a new Ground Advantage shipping profile several months ago and changed all of my listings to that profile. However, every order I get is shipping priority?  I don’t have any listings with the Priority profile. 

why is ground advantage not showing as an option when someone orders from my shop?

Because Etsy has never added Ground Advantage until you go to buy the label.

They did finally add it sometime this year.

Etsy only added Ground Advantage to "fixed" shipping profiles.

If using calculated shipping, you have to select 1st class and Parcel Select since Etsy has never added it there even though USPS stopped using 1st class and Parcel select 1 1/2 years ago. 
Ground Advantage will NOT show up for buyers.

When you purchase a label it should show up Ground Advantage, but if using fixed shipping sometimes it will show Priority and you have to change it to Ground Advantage.

If you do NOT have First Class Mail & Parcel Select Ground enabled in your calculated shipping profile, then anything over 1 pound will AUTOMATICALLY be given Priority Mail service!  Use the 2 mentioned services (FCM & PSG) ... these will create the new Ground Advantage service prices.  Just be warned, buyers will see FCM & PSG at checkout ... it will NOT say GA, but the pricing will be correct.  When you print the label out, it will say GA.
