Hi,
I am trying to duplicate one of my shipping profiles (it came from one of my suppliers but i want to slightly change it without changing the original)). When I click duplicate, it opens the new profile. Hoever it doesnt save it. Even when I change nothing but the name of the profile, it still gives an error "We could not update your profile". I dont understand why. Why is there a duplicate button if it doesnt work? Does anyone know why this is not working?

When I contacted Etsy about this months ago, I was told they were "working on it." In the meantime, I cannot change anything to free shipping or turn off international shipping because profiles are updated several times a week by the supplier and even if I change them everyday they just change back to being a. not free and b. to include all locations by the next day.
@AmyLynnsArtSoup I see free shipping on all items in your shop except for the instant download.

@AmyLynnsArtSoup: You may want to make sure that you are following the suggestions from your print on demand (POD) providers. For example https://help.printful.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014008580-How-do-I-configure-shipping-for-Etsy says 'If you would like to make changes to your Etsy shipping profile, don’t edit the profiles created by Printful.' Sounds like you may be using the POD profile(s) instead of creating your own.
I'm fairly certain their intent was never for use to make 10+ shipping profiles from scratch. The intent is for us to create a duplicate (which can no longer do) and edit the duplicate.
Unfortunately, we can no longer make copies to edit. That is what Etsy told me they were working on.
