Shipping on time calculated wrong

I downloaded my shipping and tracking history, as I did not receive the shipping "badge" for September. It says on the spreadsheet that one of my orders wasn't shipped on time, however, in my shipping records for my shop it clearly shows the order was shipped on time (on business day two, marked as 1-3 day shipping). The tracking clearly shows the USPS picked up the item and scanned it into their system the day it was shipped, and the item was delivered to the buyer two days later. 

This was the only order I was "dinged" on, yet it is clear that there was no reason whatsoever for Etsy to mark it not shipped on time. If Etsy is insistent on grading their sellers, then there is no room for error on their end.

@BettysHeartCo  :  Have you checked that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Did the order correctly show the processing time? @BettysHeartCo  :  Have you checked that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Did the order correctly show the processing time? I'm not sure what you mean by "on the actual order". Where else I am supposed to find correct and updated information other than my shop records of the ACTUAL ORDER- if information isn't correct in my shop, then what's the point? Every single item I list has a 1-3 day processing time. I shipped that particular item on day 2 when it was picked up by my mail carrier. I find it interesting that the responses to sellers in the forums usually have a bent of "Etsy couldn't possibly be in the wrong".

There is a bug etsy don't appear to have fixed, where listings that had processing times, mysteriously lose the processing times.

As the link above to an Etsy Admin post, admits to the bug.
