Bought postage yesterday via Pirate Ship, as usual. Shipped yesterday, got it scanned, and saved the receipt. The tracking number shows on Etsy, but 24 hours later, the Etsy site still says pre-transit, even though clicking the tracking number brings up USPS data showing the package moving through several sorting stations.
I've seen mentions of integrations no longer working. Is anyone else having trouble with tracking not updating or with Pirate Ship integrations?

That has to be an Etsy update issue and not a connection with Pirate Ship. The only thing that Pirate Ship connection does is to pull in the information from Etsy so you can create the label and sends back the tracking. If the tracking is on the order on the Etsy side, then Pirate Ship is doing it's job! I can see orders that I shipped with both Pirate Ship and Etsy in the last few days. The tracking is not updating for the last 24 hours on either of them, but it's updated on the USPS website. So, it's an Etsy update issue. They are having issues ALL OVER the place right now. Messages are my biggest issue, but I can see the issue with the updates for shipping, too.
If any customers complain, just let them know they can click through on that tracking number to see the updated tracking that USPS provides. I know how frustrating it is, though.

There's often quite a while before Etsy's status updates to match the actual tracking information. Hopefully it will update tomorrow.

Yes, the Etsy tracking app is not working as it should. We ship with USPS. They had to force an update for us on a recent shipment. They were going to take our star rating away claiming that we didn't ship on time. A customer just notified us that she can't leave a 5 star rating for us because the tracking shows the package (delivered 2 days ago) is listed as "pre-transit."
That is SO frustrating! I'm having the same issue.
This is nothing new...For YEARS now Etsy has Not been up to date with tracking info. I still have orders from years ago that show Pre-transit. I tell my customers to not pay attention to what Etsy shows and just look at the USPS website for themselves.
