I received an order with a coupon for 10% off, but the customer also got free shipping. I did not offer free shipping and the shipping profiles are correct. Can someone from Etsy explain this?

@BlackArtVisionsShop: You seem to have the $35 Free Shipping Guarantee enabled in your shop.
Out of curiosity, have you confirmed that framing other people's art counts as handmade on Etsy? Usually "you must physically make or create the original designs for your items" or you could be considered a reseller by Etsy. https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024112614-What-Can-I-Sell-on-Etsy?segment=selling#h_1a7d7...
Etsy appears to be stepping up the closing of shops which they feel are breaking their rules - particularly resellers.

From my experience, choosing a mat and frame for a piece of art takes a "good eye" and imagination. The mats I saw in your shop are clever and creative. Framing is not for sissys! Nice work

Re: Shipping not Correct
I have confirmed. Etsy has viewed my site. Any framed art print that Etsy flagged as infringement has been removed in the past. The framing is handmade and designed by me.
Thank you for your reply.

Re: Shipping not Correct
@BlackArtVisionsShop: Agree with @StudioCLD that good framing can be as artistic as the image itself. The way some Etsy rules are written it is hard to know what they mean to say, so Thank You for answering our curiosity.

Thank you. I always credit the artist or art dealer for the artwork.
