Perhaps if the posters indicated which browser(s) and operating system(s) they are using we might be able to narrow down what works and what doesn't. Also what browser extensions they are running since other posts would indicate that some (like ad blockers, popup blockers, and third party tools like Sale Samurai) don't play nice with Etsy.
