Shipping labels failing to print

I've tried to buy my labels over 20 times and every time I get a "failed to print" notice. I don't know what to do and previous questions on this have no fix!

Ive changed browsers and cleared cache and cookies. I've tried everything. These are my first orders ever!

@TheFairyCraftMotherr   Make sure you didn't over-purchase - check your Payment Account.

Try this, for now - when you go to print the label, on the download page - save it as a file in your computer, then see if you can print that file.

There is no download page, where would I find that?

@TheFairyCraftMotherr  So when you click the print button on Etsy, you should get a pop-up window where you can select print, but also a download option - depending on your computer - in the upper right  I see the down arrow icon to download, the printer icon, and three dots (for other stuff I don't use)

@PillowDetails  Weird, the only thing the pop up has is my shipping settings (where i put in my dimensions, note to buyer, etc) and then I click "review" at the bottom and the next pop up shows the cost & I can choose if I want email notifications but thats it.

Then I click purchase and the window closes and a small window pops up saying "1 labels failed to purchase" and I have no other options

@PillowDetailsdo you have etsy premium? because my only print option is to print out an order receipt or an order receipt for my records

Download is an icon option on the label page. It sounds like it could be an issue with your Printer or browser settings, since you tried multiple browsers. Check those too.

I actually dont have a download option for some reason..

@TheFairyCraftMotherr  :  And are you trying to do this using an Etsy app or via mobile browser or desktop browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess).

Desktop browser.

Default browser is firefox. Ive tried it on microsoft edge and google chrome. Deleted cookies and casche

I can't find the option to do it in the mobile app on my phone or ipad.

Check to see if you are set on your printer setting or some other setting instead.  Simple way is to click the far right three bars on the top next to the search bar on any page on Firefox, and then click on print - usually a bit down on the pop up box - and see if maybe you're on a fax setting instead. If you are, it will say "fax" so then just use the drop down menu to fix it to your printer setting. Has happened to me.

Ok. You said you purchased the labels, but can't print?  Right?  So now your order is under Completed.  Do you see the tracking?  Under that it should show print.  You won't be buying another one.
