Shipping labels creation not populating with info

For some reason, when I go to make shipping labels, none of them are auto populating with the weight and size of the boxes. Anyone know of a way to fix this, or if it's just a glitch that will be patched by someone in tech support soon? I've been using etsy for years, and this is the first time I can't mass print out shipping labels. Entering in every item manually will work for the short term, but not the long term, so if there's a setting I messed up, I'd appreciate some advice on how to fix it. Thanks!

Happening to me also, but not on every sale, probably about 50% have to be inputted manually. This is a pain!

My preferences also not populating or "remembered" since 4/29/25. There are a few other posts about it in Technical Issues. Still not working 5/3/25. Started a support ticket, but the bot asked for all my banking details instead. Replied with more AI keywords and screenshot, waiting on response.  Manually entering my shipping info in the meantime (or selecting a preset, which takes an extra couple of clicks if you have to change anything and don't have a preset for that specific dimension/weight).

Same issues here.  It worked fine until a few days ago.  Now we have to manually enter our shipping details.  Etsy chat said there was nothing wrong on their end and it had to be something wrong on mine.  It happens on multiple computers but works fine with the phone app.  The app would be fine except for the fact you can only print one label at a time.

I'm having the same issue. I'm assuming someone changed something in the coding and it's messing stuff up for everyone, but until they're able to identify what was changed and how to fix it, we're kind of stuck. 

I've resorted to just making shipping profiles for all of my standard packages until it gets fixed. I've been selling for 10+ years on Etsy and never had to make preset profiles for packages before, but here we are.

I only use calculated shipping and nothing populates.  Definitely a bug.

What a pain this is. Sometimes it works... sometimes it doesn't. I can see anything that might cause it. PLEASE FIX!!!

I tried shutting down my browser and re-starting it. That helped! I'm on a Mac using Safari. Anyone else?
