Shipping labels PDF download errors out as "file wasn't available on site".

I'm having this same issue as another poster in another Etsy forum posted on Monday, but I wanted to bring it to the tech issue forum.

When I try to download my daily shipping labels as a pdf, it errors out, trying to save as an .html file (not pdf as before), and ultimately fails saying the "file wasn't available on site". Someone suggested using another browser but that is a huge pain for me, and this hasn't happened before with Chrome. The issue started Oct. 27. 
Are there any solutions to the problem on the tech side? THX.

Possibly a setting in Chrome: 

Chrome is not downloading PDFs, you can try these steps:

• Change Chrome's settings: To download PDFs instead of viewing them in the browser, you can:
  1. Open Settings 
  2. Select Privacy and Security 
  3. Click Site Settings 
  4. Scroll down to Additional content settings and click PDF documents 
  5. Turn on Download PDF files 
• Right-click the download button: If you're using Chrome without changing settings, you can right-click the Download PDF button and select Save link as 
• Clear your browser cache and cookies: An outdated or corrupted browser cache can prevent PDFs from displaying correctly. To clear your cache and cookies in Chrome, you can:
  1. Go to the Chrome menu in the upper right 
  2. Select More Tools > Clear browsing data 
  3. Check Cookies and Cached images and files 
  4. Click CLEAR DATA

It works on Firefox browser but not on Chrome. On Chrome, I was able to download the pdf by right clicking the middle of the document and choosing save as.

I started having this issue on Brave this week. The file download says it is Forbidden & it tries to download an html file instead of the pdf. My workaround is to just select the PRINT button on the browser window instead of the download button. My printer dialogue box opens up, then allows me to save the file as a PDF (instead of printing). I'm not sure if this will work for everyone as it may depend on your printer used.

@CoralReefDreams2  I had to start using Firefox for Etsy to get anything to work properly.

I checked Chrome which I use occasionally and the instructions above seem to be what is needed.  I checke dmy settings and found they were not set to download.

I prefer Edge and have had no problems.
