Hello everyone, the Etsy chat is not working, I needed help a few weeks ago, and the agents wrote to me only after 5 hours, which of course I was no longer on the etsy chat. Now the same thing, I've been waiting for maybe 15 minutes and no one is writing.

Unfortunately, people won't be able to help me with this, because the point is that I don't currently have a 10% promotion (I tend to wave often) And I have a sale and Etsy gave the buyer a 10% discount, as if I had a promotion set up, but I don't.
I added an item to my cart and it's asking me to enter your coupon code so you must have at least one active.
I don't know that I have an active one, the promotion expired on October 30th and on October 31st I had a sale where a female buyer bought without a 10% promotion, because logically I no longer had it and this male buyer bought on November 1st and suddenly I got a 10% discount % so I don't know what's going on.
@ArtCollectioVonErika Check your coupons and such under Marketing. One could still be active even if it was set to expire.
It is also possible the buyer found a coupon from a site like Honey that worked. Not supposed to but its been known to happen.

Oh wait, now I looked at the exact name of the promotion, although I don't have a 10% promotion, but I set it up 2 years ago that if someone puts something in the cart but leaves the cart, they will be sent an email saying that they will receive a 10% promotion if buy an item, ok, I understand now, this happened to me for the first time

I waited just over an hour a few days ago for the agent to finally start the chat. They are apparently very backed up so it's taking forever to get the actual support person these days. It's pretty frustrating especially since they do not indicate if you are in a queue or if it's actually connected vs just leaving you hanging with no idea if it's even working. They really should add a queue count (they used to have one) or at least some sort of auto reply every few minutes saying that they are unusually busy and you are in line or something. Anything really would be better than absolute silence like it is right now.
