Hello, is anyone having trouble with printing shipping labels? I keep getting the pop up box, "You just purchased 0 labels. 1 label failed to purchase". I've cleared my cache. I've logged out and back in. Tried a different browser. Not sure what else it could be.
Any help would amazing!

A couple of questions and a comment. Is there a timeline for fixing this glitch? Etsy reps in the online chat have suggested to go direct to the post office and purchase shipping until this is resolved. When I explained that there is a cost difference involved in doing that and that would mean the seller absorbing a possibly substantial amount for an issue that is of Etsy's doing and not theirs, she seemed to be unaware of this. I asked if Etsy was prepared to reimburse sellers if this was the step they are recommending. She couldn't answer with certainty. This is not satisfactory. I have a lot to ship and can not afford to absorb costs caused by Etsy having a glitch. This is the first time in 5 years that I have been concerned about the lack of information and assistance provided through chat. In the future, if there is a major system issue like this one, Etsy should post it under this forum and Announcements to make people aware. They also need to better inform chat staff.

WooHoo. Just tried and it's working, was able to purchase and print my label. Thank you.
10:12am central time (Winnipeg).
I contacted them about it yesterday afternoon. Their response was that they were aware and working on it but had not estimated timeline for it being fixed. The suggestion was to go directly to the shipping company and manually enter the information to create each shipping label. Super frustrated.
They suggested this to me as well. I told the rep that the cost of shipping direct with Canada Post is more expensive than using Etsy labels. I don't offer free shipping so what Etsy charged my customer won't be the same as I will have to pay CP. I asked the Etsy rep if Etsy would be reimbursing the difference since I will be out of pocket for a substantial amount of money (I have a lo waiting to ship) for something that is Etsy's fault. She couldn't answer but said to keep the receipts and apply to Etsy for a possible reimbursement.
Will wait for an update from Etsy. Canada to US tracked package label just failed. Hope this is solved in time for my driver to take the item, he comes early especially after a holiday weekend.

Still not working after 24 hours. Very frustrating as I have multiple customers expecting dispatch today, and very time consuming entering each manually through CP website. Hopefully this is resolved soon!
How can this still be down. Like others I have orders backing up. I'll make a call to Canada Post and see if they can offer any insight. Hopefully this is resolved soon.

Still an issue with me trying to purchase labels at 8:30am in Ontario. This is so frustrating...
I’ve decided if it doesn’t work by mid day I’ll send all packages small packet. Won’t have tracking, might have unhappy customers and costs a couple dollars extra. Hopefully Etsy will give us grace or compensation for this!
That's a good workaround! I think I'll do the same and write an announcement so my customers know what's happening.
Florida USA 9/3/24 - 9:45 AM still can't purchase labels
9:00- AM EST Toronto, still the same issue. Customer purchases from the weekend have to ship today or else I'll have even more overdue orders.

I just spoke to Canada Post and they said they've had no problems on their end and that this is Etsy. They hadn't even heard from Etsy regarding this issue. Folks, unless a small miracle happens, I'm guessing we're purchasing our labels through Canada Post. Keep your receipts. When I did a chat with Etsy at 9 p.m. last night they said, buy them somewhere else. When I asked if they would cover the difference in the cost, they said to keep the receipt. I don't know what that means in regards to Etsy helping us with the difference in cost, but definitely keep your receipts.
Where would you send the receipts?
