Shipping labels- Failed to Purchase

Hello, is anyone having trouble with printing shipping labels? I keep getting the pop up box, "You just purchased 0 labels. 1 label failed to purchase".  I've cleared my cache. I've logged out and back in. Tried a different browser. Not sure what else it could be.

That’s good to know — after seeing the issue is happening all over I did go to Canada Post site directly with the small business account Etsy set me up with, but the price difference between the label via Etsy vs through CP is still significant… I wondered if Etsy would help with the difference since this is clearly a technical issue and their advice is to go elsewhere for the label which means we don’t get the peak discount on shipping expected. What my customer paid for one order was $15 in shipping and on Canada Post, the label is $19+ tax..

Canada Post tends to do updates on holidays (so their techs can charge triple overtime) Etsy and shopify are having the same issues today

Also having this issue with 2 orders to print labels for in London, Ontario. Tried multiple devices as well. Sent in tickets also to Etsy with no replies as of yet…

Same thing here in Alberta Canada.  unable to purchase shipping labels.  I'll try again tomorrow.

Same here. Wish they actually acknowledged this as a (Canada-wide?) technical issue vs us having to figure things out via the forums..according to them:

Same problem, haven't been able to print for 2 days.. orders are piling up. No response when I try and speak with someone via chat. Can't afford the high price difference to print the labels elsewhere.

This is unbelievable!  Canada Post website is saying that all is ok, up and running. Yet we still can't print a shipping label through Etsy. So who's problem is it to solve?

Me too. In Alberta. Couldn't get through to online support. They said they'd connect me with an agent, but I got no response after that. I'm lucky I only have one label to print, so I'll just go into Canada Post tomorrow morning. Hope it gets resolved very soon!!

Same here in Alberta, been out all day. Support said its likely a technical issue and to keep trying every few hours or buy labels else where.

I'm having the same issue! So the only workaround is to order on the canada post site?

Yup, same problem still... since last night, BUT I was able to print a Small Packet label!
