Shipping labels- Failed to Purchase

Hello, is anyone having trouble with printing shipping labels? I keep getting the pop up box, "You just purchased 0 labels. 1 label failed to purchase".  I've cleared my cache. I've logged out and back in. Tried a different browser. Not sure what else it could be.

Any help would amazing!

I'm currently on chat with Etsy Support - let's hope I get an answer - told them it's many from Canada with this issue

There have been lots of posts about this recently. I buy my postage at Pirateship.com - it isn't a problem there. And you can reach a real support person in a couple minutes there, too, if you need help with anything, and they will bend over backwards to fix it within a few minutes.

This looks like it's for USA - is this for Canadian sellers too?

@WhatchamaCollars  Pirateship is for the US, only. They have said they are considering Canada but haven't implemented it yet.

FlagShip Courier is an alternative to Pirate Ship that offers shipping services in Canada. Also, a lot of Canadians use Chit Chat if you have that in  your area.

No luck with Etsy chat - they are having Technicians look into it however.  I had to try a different browser and clear Cache and cookies.  I'll try again in the morning -- good luck everyone

USA - Same problem since earlier this afternoon, got a call back from Etsy after leaving my number-no timeline on when it will be fixed. Now 7:06 pm USA 9/2/24 still cannot purchase multiple labels from 1 order but was able to print a single order label.

Yes, I'm having the same issue. I'm shipping from Toronto to the US, to a repeat customer I sent an order to last week with no issues.

Same issue here - in British Columbia. 

4 orders.  The order shipping via Canada Post to Australia went through fine, but the other three, all shipping to the US, won't process.

I'm at 44 orders and purchasing from Canada post without the etsy shipping discount is not ideal. I hope this gets resolved tomorrow as all my items have to ship. I have a backlog of packages without labels and will be a mess trying to catch up.

@3DesignPrints - couldn't imagine having this happen with that many orders - good for you on those!  I'm at 4 and it would not be ideal to buy direct from Canada Post.

I am in BC and also cannot print 5 shipping labels to US

Ontario Canada here.  I  cannot purchase a label to the USA on Etsy tonight either.  

It worked fine last night for 10 orders to USA, Canada or AU.  I generally do orders on Sunday night as I get paid on Mondays and don't want to go into the negative buying shipping labels on a Monday morning.

I also do orders during the week, but like to be completely caught up on Sunday nights

I think we might be on our own here folks.  I used the chat feature to contact Etsy at 9 p.m. and I swear to God, it was like they were hearing about this for the first time.  I'm not holding out much hope that we're going to be able to buy our shipping labels through Etsy any time soon. They suggested I use an alternate way to ship my orders.  I asked if they woud reimburse me and they said to keep my receipts if there was a difference in price.  I don't know if that will get us anywhere, but if you have to go through Canada Post get a receipt and hang on to it.

I contacted them 3 times once by phone and 2 times by chat and they don’t know what’s happening it’s like the 1st time they hear about it and they said it will get fixed soon 🫤 Etsy lacks communication, lack of respect towards Canadian sellers
