Shipping labels- Failed to Purchase

Hello, is anyone having trouble with printing shipping labels? I keep getting the pop up box, "You just purchased 0 labels. 1 label failed to purchase".  I've cleared my cache. I've logged out and back in. Tried a different browser. Not sure what else it could be.

Any help would amazing!

Same in Ontario.  Spoke with an Etsy rep who said they were working on it.  I don't know if they've fixed it yet.

I'm having trouble selecting a different postal option - seems stuck on 2nd class & the drop down isn't letting me change it to 1st class or anything else - anyone else having this issue ?

Not working for me either! I’m a little relieved to see that I’m not the only one… I would really like to have everything ready to go before I’m back in the classroom tomorrow!

I'm having the same issue! I'm in Canada. Etsy please fix this so my orders will be ready for shipping tomorrow.

I started having this problem last night (worked fine in the afternoon). Still can't print labels, after filling everything out I get that pop up that the label failed. Chatted with help line last night and they said to try again later or use a different service. 

 I also called help last week because of the issue with multiple items on one label... maybe they were trying to fix that and this happened? I have a "work-around" for the multiples, by just listing each item individually as the addition was working fine, just not the multiplying, however now not being able to print at all now is extremely frustrating.

I had the same issue with the multiplier last week (which has persisted since then). Now this issue with failing to purchase labels. 

Seems to be Canadian shops affected by this. On the heels of an announcement (that not all of of received) about additional regulation charges, this is very frustrating.

This is also happening to me in Nova Scotia, Canada. I am unable to print labels going to the US but can print labels within Canada.

Also, purchasing through Canada Post directly is more expensive for me so I would really like to see this resolved.

This is happening to me also, I'm a Canadian seller, I hope they get this resolved soon, I've never seen this error before - very frustrating!!

It's not letting me purchase shipping labels either. It's going to be Etsy's fault when I can't get my orders dispatched on time but the buyers will think it's my fault, charming.

I was going to purchase labels directly through Canada Post but it is significantly more expensive. I'll wait and see if they get it fixed today. If not, I will have to buy through Canada Post tomorrow. This is NOT ideal.

I'm hoping Etsy will reimburse the difference this will cost all of us for their issue as the shipping is soooo much higher without going through Etsy

I am not sure if others have reached out via phone or chat but I just did via chat and spent about half an hour on chat. I sent screen shots of the error message and the link to this thread to show this was not an isolated case. She was escalating it but by the sounds of things, was not under the impression this was a known issue. If others reach out, it might have more of an impact?

Fyi - I was able to request a "call back" from Etsy support and they created a support ticket, he also said that he escalated it, so hopefully this problem will be resolved soon. Thankfully I am able to still purchase shipping labels directly on the Canada Post website so it won't cause any shipping delays for me.

I can also still purchase from Canada Post but it is more expensive by about $5 so not ideal.

yes I tried customer support and they said their is a glitch in the system. it should be fixed soon!
