Unable to purchase shipping label?

I was just attempting to purchase through Pirateship and I'm getting an error:  unable to fetch Etsy orders.

I'm going to contact Pirateship and see what they say, but since Etsy labels are having issues I'm sure it's an Etsy issue.

Try to refresh the page - you will be able to order label . I had  same issue and i just refresh page every time . I dot know what is it  but looks like another etsy glitch .

For anyone attempting to use Pirateship they had me delete the Etsy integration and reconnect.  It totally worked!

Gotta love their quick chat with an answer that actually helped!   They said they had a few other reports and that it was an unexpected change on Etsy's end.

Thank you, I do love the quick chat with Pirateship and the fun gifs we share but I needed to work fast and get my labels done. I was cutting and pasting such a pain. Just deleted my integration and reconnected and it works!

I wonder if the change on the Etsy end of things means that labels shipped from Pirateship will now count toward the star seller status? Not sure if I want to test the theory that I don't have to input the exact tracking number a second time in order for the shipping on time to count toward the sss. But at least I don't have to copy and paste addresses.

@GardenTeaCo   I think I'm misunderstanding because my Pirateship integration automatically sends the tracking info to Etsy which marks it as shipped.  That's the whole point of the integration!

I've had no problem with achieving the star seller for shipping with Pirateship.  I've never ever had to copy and paste a tracking number from Pirateship to Etsy.

How does one disconnect the integration at PS? Haven't a clue.

@ThePurplePuppy  Here's the easy to follow directions Pirateship gave me.  It's really, really easy!

Settings > Integrations > Delete your Etsy connection to remove it entirely > Click the Etsy icon or click "Connect New Source" and re-add the Etsy connection

Maybe I'm misunderstanding because when I use Pirate ship even with the tracking number clearly showing the star seller status shows that all my orders are "missing" the tracking number. I have disconnected and reconnected to Pirate Ship several times. When I cut and paste the tracking manually from Pirate ship to Etsy then it shows 2 tracking numbers and counts towards the star seller. Now it will not let me cut and paste saying that tracking number is already in use AND that my orders are without tracking. How is it that your shop works differently? Frustrating
