Hello!
I recently have been offering international shipping to only Canada. However, I keep getting orders that are located in Mexico (very few, but around 3-4)... Is there a reason why? I double-checked my shipping settings and it's only set to US and Canada, so I am not sure if there is an explanation for this?
Usually, I just cancel the orders, but thinking I should send one to Mexico and see what happens...?
Any advice or explanation would be appreciated! Has happened to anyone else?
I've checked about 30 listings, about 25 of those, have shipping to mexico, canada and USA.
Double check your shipping profiles, cause they do have mexico listed.

Awesome, thank you for clearing that up! I appreciate it
You must have it set to North America - Etsy considers Mexico to be part of North America. I also checked 2 of your listing and shipping to Canada is not there.
OH okay thank you! That makes much more sense, some listings are available for Canada and some not, since it's hard to ship bulk or larger items!
I will go ahead and fix my settings
Thank you
@NanaLetha , Everyone considers Mexico as part of N. America because it is in N. America. (look at a map....not meant to be rude)
.
If you use Calculated Shipping, scroll down on the product listing page to where it says: Where I'll ship.
Be sure the top levels are all unchecked. Under North America, only check the countries you ship to.
I would not ship to Mexico. Every package I have ever sent there was either delayed a really long time, or just disappeared.
Australia is another country that it is very safe to ship to.
But since you ship bugs, although dead ones, some countries may have restrictions on import of those items, so I would investigate the laws in each country you ship to to see if there are any restrictions.
@CatsBeadKitsandMore - Not everyone. Of course I went to school in the Stone Age and we were taught Mexico is part of Central America!
